Welcome to LetsClarifAi. These Terms explain what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you and your child in return. Please read them with your family — by using LetsClarifAi, you agree to everything set out below.
01Agreement to these Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "the parent", or "guardian") and WeSimplifAI Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India, which owns and operates the LetsClarifAi product ("WeSimplifAI", "LetsClarifAi", "we", "us", or "our"). They govern your access to and use of our websites, mobile experiences, WhatsApp channel, and the teaching sessions delivered through them (together, the "Service").
Because our Service is built for children, a parent or legal guardian must accept these Terms on behalf of the child who will learn with us. If you do not agree, please do not create an account or begin a session.
Certain features — such as sessions for schools and academies — may be covered by an additional written agreement. Where that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the written agreement governs those features.
02Who can use LetsClarifAi
LetsClarifAi is currently designed primarily for learners in Classes 3–8, following CBSE, ICSE, and Indian State board syllabi. Learning sessions are for the enrolled child; the account is held and managed by a responsible adult.
- You must be at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of the child you enrol.
- You confirm that the information you give us about you and your child is accurate and kept up to date.
- One account is intended for one family. Please don't share sign-in details outside your household.
A note for families
A child should never create an account on their own. The adult who accepts these Terms is responsible for the sessions, the subscription, and the wellbeing of the child throughout their time with us.
03Accounts & parental responsibility
When you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for all activity that happens under it. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account.
As the account holder, you agree to:
- Supervise your child's use of the Service in a way that suits their age and maturity.
- Keep contact details current so we can reach you about sessions, safety, or billing.
- Take reasonable steps to ensure your child uses the Service kindly and honestly.
04The nature of our teachers
Our teachers — Priya Ma'am, Rahul Sir, Aisha Ma'am, and the rest of the faculty — are Digital Human Teachers powered by advanced artificial intelligence technologies, designed to personalize teaching based on your child's learning progress across sessions. They are not a substitute for the care, judgement, and oversight of a parent or a qualified professional.
The Service is intended for educational purposes only. We build our teachers to be patient, encouraging, and accurate. Even so, the underlying technology can occasionally be mistaken, incomplete, or misunderstand a question. Please treat sessions as a warm, guided learning companion — and use your own judgement on anything important.
To deliver the Service, improve teaching continuity, ensure quality, investigate safety concerns, and comply with applicable law, sessions may be recorded, transcribed, or processed, as described in our Privacy Policy.

LetsClarifAi supports your child's learning; it does not replace formal schooling, examinations, or professional advice. It is not a source of medical, psychological, legal, or emergency guidance. If your child needs help of that kind, please contact the appropriate professional or service.
05Free trial, subscription & payment
We'd rather earn each month than lock you in. Here is how it works.
- First 2 hours free. You can meet your teacher and complete a real 1-to-1 session before you pay anything. No card is needed to begin.
- Then a monthly subscription for one focused weekend learning session each week, in the language your child thinks in — English, Hinglish, or Urdu. Current subscription pricing is shown at the time of purchase.
- Cancel anytime. There is no lock-in. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Billing
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and may include applicable taxes. We may change our prices from time to time; if we do, we'll give you clear notice before the change affects you, and the new price will only apply to future billing periods.
Refunds
Because your trial lets you experience a full session before paying, we generally do not offer refunds for time already served in a billing period. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis where required by applicable law or where WeSimplifAI determines that exceptional circumstances exist — if something has gone genuinely wrong, please write to us.
06Acceptable use
LetsClarifAi is a place for calm, honest learning. To keep it that way for every family, you and your child agree not to:
- Use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful, or intended to deceive.
- Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems.
- Copy, resell, or commercially redistribute sessions, teacher content, or materials without our permission.
- Impersonate another person, or misrepresent the child's age, board, or identity.
- Use the Service to submit content that is hateful, violent, sexual, or otherwise inappropriate for a children's learning environment.
We may pause or limit activity that puts other families, our teachers, or the Service at risk.
07Content & intellectual property
The teachers, lesson designs, explanations, characters, artwork, software, and the LetsClarifAi name and logo are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your family's own learning — nothing more.
What your child creates
Work your child produces during a session — their answers, drawings, and words — belongs to your family. We do not claim ownership of your child's original work. You grant us permission to store and process that content so we can deliver the Service, remember your child's learning progress, and improve how our teachers teach, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Feedback
If you voluntarily provide feedback or suggestions, you grant WeSimplifAI a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that feedback to improve the Service without compensation.
08Child safety & supervision
Protecting children is the first principle of everything we build. Sessions are designed to be age-appropriate, transparent, and free of advertising to children.
- We do not knowingly allow strangers to contact your child through the Service.
- Children cannot communicate privately with other users through the Service.
- We ask that an adult remains reachable and, where appropriate, present during sessions.
- If you ever have a safety concern, contact us immediately using the details below and we will respond as a priority.
Our handling of children's information is set out in full in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
09Availability & changes to the service
We're an early-stage, growing service, and we're improving it constantly. That means we may add, change, or remove features, and we may occasionally need to pause the Service for maintenance. We'll aim to give notice of significant changes, but we can't promise the Service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
10Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee particular learning outcomes, grades, or exam results — learning depends on many things beyond our platform.
To the extent the law allows, LetsClarifAi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or for death or personal injury, or any rights you have under Indian consumer law, where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
11Suspension & termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access — in some cases without prior notice, including for fraud, abuse, security threats, or legal requirements — if these Terms are seriously or repeatedly broken, if it's necessary to protect a child or other families, or if required by law. Where it's fair and possible, we'll tell you why and give you a chance to put things right.
12Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any consumer-protection rights that entitle you to bring a claim elsewhere, the courts at Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Before formal proceedings, we ask that you write to us first — most concerns are resolved with a simple, honest conversation.
13Changes to these Terms
As our Service grows, these Terms may change. When we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, let you know directly. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
14General terms
Third-party services
The Service may integrate trusted third-party services — for example payment providers, cloud infrastructure, messaging services, and AI providers. Where applicable, your use of those services is also governed by their own terms.
Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages, natural events, strikes, or acts of government.
Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional written agreement that applies to you, make up the entire agreement between you and WeSimplifAI regarding the Service.
Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in full effect.
Assignment
You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights and obligations — for example, as part of a business reorganisation — while continuing to protect your family's data as described here.
